About our Community
Love and fellowship for others is really important to us and we welcome any and all visitors to join us for services. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by people who are genuinely glad to have you there. Once the service starts, you will recognize immediately that we have not forsaken the old Red Back Hymnal which many people hold so dear. These songs are timeless and full of the Holy Spirit. We still take prayer request during the service as we recognize that is something that helps when you can share your burdens with others for prayer. Once the special singing starts you will be blessed by the talent that the lord has given to the church. We are enriched by the spiritual songs and our musical staff. We have a bluegrass/gospel sound for most of our music but you will also hear some contemporary songs with our blend on the music. Our song service is always recognized as an asset to our church.

History Of Our Church
Blessed Hope Baptist Church was established in 1992. We are an Fundamental Independent Baptist Church. We support missions here at home as well as abroad. We still use the King James Version Bible as the Authority of Gods word and believe that we are all sinners in the eyes of a Holy God. We believe that salvation can only come trough the atonement of the shed blood of Jesus Christ as the sacrificial Lamb on the Cross of Calvary.
Our pastor and His Wife
Our Pastor Bro. Paul Wimpey and his wife Stephanie have been with us at the church since April 2013. Bro. Paul attends seminary at Luther Rice College & Seminary and is currently pursing a (BARM) in Religion and Ministry. Bro. Paul and his wife Stephanie also help in our music program and Stephanie plays the piano for church services. Bro. Paul’s and Sis. Stephanie’s leadership and his style of preaching is part of what helps make up Blessed Hope. You will still find Old Fashioned sprit filled preaching with relevance and application for your life. Its our desire to see those who have not received the gift of salvation come and give their life to Christ. Please join us anytime for services where “A Church Alive Is Worth The Drive”.
Youth Group
Youth Group
Our youth group is a major important part to us here at Blessed Hope. The youth leaders all do an incredible job with the kids. From Youth Choir, Summer Camp, and just about everything in between our Kids are a very important part of our church. Many of them have opened up and started singing specials for the regular services also.
Meeting the 2nd and 3rd Wednesday of the month
We treasure each one and have seen many of them accept the lord in their lives. The youth meet the 2nd and 3rd Wednesday night of each month for youth choir practice and there is a bible study in the back for the adults. All other Wednesday nights are regular bible study in the sanctuary and the Kids are part of discipleship classes led by the youth leaders.
